  • Persons you are dating;

  • Grandparent;
  • Grandchild;
  • Brother or sister;
  • Parent-in-law;
  • Grandparent-in-law;
  • Step-mother;
  • Step-child;
  • Step-grandchild;
  • Step-grandmother;
  • Brother-in-law or sister-in-law;
  • Anyone, including family or no-family member;
  • Any family member;
  • Persons with whom you have engaged in romantic or intimate relationship;

Other factors will be considered by the court when whether the relationship between the victim and the defendant is currently or was previously a romantic or sexual relationship:

  1. Nature and type of relationship;
  2. Length of the relationship.
  3. Frequency and extent of interaction between the victim and the defendant.
  4. Status of relationship including the length of time since the relationship termination.
